The TYFREX Digital Maturity Assessment™ is provided for informational and educational purposes. The assessment results, Digital Maturity Score, and recommendations are based on the information you provide and should not be considered as professional business, legal, or financial advice.

TYFREX does not guarantee specific business outcomes from the assessment results.

TYFREX Strategy Sessions are complimentary consultation calls designed to help you understand your business's digital maturity and explore potential growth opportunities. Attendance of a strategy session does not constitute a binding agreement for services.

Any engagement of TYFREX services following a strategy session will be governed by a separate service agreement.

TYFREX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The TYFREX website may integrate with or reference third-party services and platforms. TYFREX is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
