1. Introduction
This manual is published in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 ("PAIA") and is applicable to TYFREX Client Acquisition Systems™ ("TYFREX"). The purpose of this manual is to inform requesters of the procedural and other requirements for submitting a request for access to information held by TYFREX.

3. The Act
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by any public or private body. The Act sets out the procedural requirements that must be followed when requesting access to information.
4. Records Held by TYFREX
TYFREX maintains records in the following categories, which may be subject to access requests under PAIA:
• Company registration and governance records.
• Financial records and tax-related documents.
• Client and prospect records (subject to POPIA and confidentiality obligations).
• Operational records, including project documentation and service agreements.
• Human resources records (where applicable).
• Website and digital platform records.
Please note that access to certain records may be refused in accordance with the grounds for refusal set out in PAIA.
5. How to Submit a Request
Requests for access to information must be made in writing using the prescribed PAIA request form. The request must:
• Provide sufficient particulars to enable TYFREX to identify the requester and the record requested.
• Indicate the form of access required.
• Specify the postal address or fax number of the requester.
• Identify the right that the requester is seeking to exercise or protect, and provide an explanation of why the requested record is required for this purpose.

6. Request Fees
A requester may be required to pay a request fee and an access fee as prescribed by PAIA regulations. The Information Officer will notify the requester of the applicable fee upon receipt of the request.
7. Processing of Requests
TYFREX will process requests within the timeframes prescribed by PAIA. The Information Officer will inform the requester in writing of the decision to grant or refuse access to the requested information.
If access is granted, the Information Officer will advise the requester of the applicable access fee and the form in which the information will be provided.
8. Grounds for Refusal
Access to information may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including but not limited to:
• Protection of the privacy of a third party who is a natural person.
• Protection of commercial information of a third party or TYFREX.
• Protection of confidential information.
• Protection of the safety of individuals and property.
• Protection of research information and privileged documents.
9. Appeal Procedure
If a requester is dissatisfied with the decision of the Information Officer, the requester may lodge an internal appeal in accordance with the procedures set out in PAIA.
10. Availability of This Manual
This PAIA Manual is available on the TYFREX website and may also be made available in printed form upon request.
